š How to Export Your Data:
- Go to Setup ā Data Management ā Data Export
- Click "Export Now" or schedule weekly export
- Select "Include all data" and "Include images, documents, attachments"
- Choose CSV format (default)
- Click "Start Export" and wait for email notification
- Download the ZIP file when ready
